Monnett Eye Center has established the Monnett Center For Hearing.  The Monnett Center For Hearing is located inside the Eye Center.  As more and more medical evidence proves that Vision and Hearing are linked and begin to fail at about the same time in life.  We commiting ourselves to these two most important senses. We provide a complete hearing exam by our Director of our Hearing Department, Dr. Bill Conklin.  This exam is included as part comprehensive package of care to all our senior patients once a year.

Since hearing loss affects 50% of the senior adult population and 80% are undiagnosed and untreated, we at Monnett Center For Hearing, are going to do something about that, a comprehensive hearing exam is including as part of our package of care for our senior patients.  We

Our director of hearing services is Bill Conklin, PhD, BC-HIS.   Dr. Conklin is a Florida Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist with over 40 years experience in the hearing industry.  Dr. Conklin expertise includes:  hearing evaluations, Tinnitus Management, hearing instrument selection and fittings, trouble shooting hard to fit patients and all aspects of ear mold and custom Hearing Aid production.  He is an active member of the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals.

Dr. Conklin's compassionate understanding for the impact of hearing loss benefits patients through the proper selection of comfortable listening devices that will help improve clarity and the ability to hear and understand more clearly.
